The terms "Aeroisk", "We" or "Us" used in the text below refer to and denote the Bulgarian legal entity Aeroisk EOOD, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register with the UIC 203788586, contact details for us can be found here.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with our obligations under Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that Aeroisk collects and processes personal data on the legal basis of the preparation for the conclusion or of an order contract already concluded, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. The purpose of the processing is to be able to identify you as our counterparty, as well as to identify ourselves as your agent and mandatary before the air carrier before which we claim compensation under Regulation 261/2004 on your behalf.

The period for which we retain your data is until the end of our legal relationship.

You have the right to request that We obtain information about your personal data collected, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and have the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised according to whether our contractual relationship is ongoing or terminated. If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you can send a message with your exact request to office@aeroisk.com.

The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement and without it We cannot carry out the service of collecting the compensation due to you under Regulation 261/2004. If you refuse to provide your personal data, the order contract cannot be concluded or would be null and void due to lack of identification of the principal. The personal data that we collect and process at various stages of the contractual relationship are three names, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address and possibly a copy of an identity card or passport, if necessary.

Google Analytics

We have Google Analytics installed on our website to collect statistics about visitors to our website. We do not collect any PII (personally identifiable information) with this service, and we have enabled the IP anonymization option.

Aeroisk uses technical security measures to ensure that our users' personal data is protected against loss, improper alteration or unauthorized access by third parties.
