The terms "Aeroisk", "We" or "Us", which are mentioned in the text below, refer to and mean the Bulgarian legal entity "Aeroisk" EOOD, entered in the Bulgarian Companies Register under UIC 203788586, whereas our contact details can be found here.
In accordance with our obligations under Regulation 2016/679, we hereby notify you that Aeroisk collects and processes personal data on the legal grounds of preparation for conclusion of a contract or a contract already concluded under our General Terms and Conditions. The purpose of processing is to enable us to identify you as our counterpart and to identify ourselves as your proxy and assignee to the airline before which we claim compensation under Regulation 261/2004 on your behalf.
We store your data until the contractual relationship between you and us is terminated.
You have the right to ask Us to amend or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and you are entitled to data portability. These rights may be an exercised according to whether our contractual relationship is in effect or terminated. If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you can send a message with your exact request to office@aeroisk.com.
The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement and without them we can not perform the service for exercising your right for compensation under Regulation 261/2004. In case you refuse to submit your personal data, the contract can not be concluded or would be void due to lack of mandate identification. The personal data we collect and process at different stages of our contract are full names, date of birth (or personal number), address, telephone, email, and possibly a copy of an ID card or passport, if necessary.
The Google Analytics service is installed on our website, where we collect statistics for visitors to our website. With this service we do not collect any PII information (personal identification information), and we have enabled the IP anonymisation option.
Aeroisk uses technical security measures to ensure that our users' personal data are protected against loss, misconduct, or unauthorised access by third parties.
In case of an obstacle or inability to exercise any of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
