Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I file a compensation claim through Aeroisk?

Your claim profile opens. There you enter the passengers' details and authorise us to work on your case. Our team then reviews the flight and submits the claim to the airline on your behalf.

Am I committing to anything if I only check my flight?

No. Checking your flight is free and does not commit you to anything.

Can I file one claim for the whole family?

Yes. You can include all passengers from the booking in a single claim. The right to compensation belongs to each passenger individually, including children. An exception applies to passengers travelling free of charge or at a reduced fare not available directly or indirectly to the public.

Can I file a claim while I am still waiting at the airport?

Yes. If your flight is cancelled, you can file a claim straight away. If your flight is delayed, your right to compensation depends on whether you arrive at your final destination 3 or more hours late. You can therefore register your claim now, and we will check the actual arrival time. Keep your boarding pass and receipts for food and drinks while you wait.

How will I know what is happening with my claim?

Whenever there is an update on your claim, we send you an email with its current status. You can also check the status in your claim profile. If you have any questions, you can write to us or call us.

Do I pay anything if I don't get compensation?

No. You pay nothing upfront. If no amount is paid under your claim, you owe us no fee. If the claim is successful, our fee is 30% (VAT included) of the amount the airline pays - compensation and/or any other amounts claimed (service fee).
